The legendary Cocoon party hosted by Sven Väth has transformed Ibiza’s music scene forever, that’s the reason they are preparing a very special event to celebrate their twentieth anniversary on the island.
When the German DJ arrived on Ibiza in 1999, the sound of the Balearic location was very different. It took several years of Väth and his team’s dedication to underground house and techno before people started to understand and appreciate these uncompromising styles. Along the way, the party helped make superstars and grew to become one of the most popular nights there.
Sven Väth will honor the twentieth anniversary of Cocoon with a one-off show on May 25th, 2019. More details will be announced soon.
