‘Play’ is the name of the new series of podcasts presented by the DJ, producer, and director of labels such as Poker Flat or Sublease Music, Steve Bug. The project emerges as a way to stay connected with his audience through music during the global lockdown.
At the end of 2019, the artist started his own party titled PLAY at the Ipse club in Berlin. During those nights, the German artist regularly invited both local talent and international artists such as Laurent Garnier, Deetron, Miss Kittin, Simian Mobile Disco, Josh Wink, Heidi, Will Saul, and many more. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bug started this series of podcasts. In addition, the venue premises were destroyed a few weeks ago after a fire.
The first episode of ‘Play’ was mixed by renowned French DJ and producer Miss Kittin, and the second featured Swiss-based DJ Deetron. The third installment released on August 31st has Martin Landsky as a guest and you can listen below. Relive all editions here.
