“Six to Six” is Pontcho’s first EP. It came to life after several single releases – on labels such as “Chineurs de house”, “Reptilian Business Records” and “Bedroom Traxx” – and a personal project, “Acid Sun” during the summer of 2022.
For Parisian DJ and producer Pontcho, the club is a big playground, a place to let go where no one needs to take themselves seriously. You can feel it in her sets and productions designed to dance as much as to smile.
In this EP, Poncho plays with multiple influences – RnB, Rap, Gospel, Funk, Trance… – to give birth to a multifaceted, luminous, and energetic House project. Made for the dancefloor.
“Six to Six” embraces the evolution of a night out at the club. The party kicks off with “That Thing,” a classic reinterpreted to get the most reluctant feet moving. The EP then gradually escalates with “Quick Retreat”, “This is the Song” and “Yes, Yes, Yes” before bringing the pressure down with the very solar title “What Jack Does for Me”.
