Latido records have their origin in the famous Mordisco Club parties (Granada, South of Spain) hosted by the DJ duo and producers Mordisco (Atomnation, My Favorite Robots Records, Duro, Bedrocks, etc.). Artists such as Curses, Sascha Funke, Zombies in Miami, Red Axes, or Jennifer Cardini among others have played at these parties. The Latido label is born from the characteristic sounds and influences of Mordisco Club.
The fourth volume of Latido (Various Artists Ep) is a journey through diverse ingredients and influences which range from techno or EBM to New Wave and the dark side of disco. The second track of this Ep is handled by Ivan de la Rouch, originally hailing from Ponferrada but these days calls Madrid his hometown. This multi-talented and prolific artist, Head of Logical Records, has released on some of the hottest labels of the day such as Nein, Tici Taci, Blindetonation, etc. His track ‘Channel Three’ offers a broken rhythm with a powerful arpeggio and an electro flavor that will delight EBM/Dark Disco lovers.
