Audio tech giant Pioneer has unveiled the brand new XDJ-RX3, an all-in-one DJ system that offers features from its flagship DJ mixers and CDJs rolled into one package ideal for mobile performance.
The XDJ-RX3 is a two-channel system, including a 10.1-inch touchscreen with improved processing speed, which streamlines the flow between browsing and track-loading. Each of the two channels features 8 performance pads, which can control a selection of Release Effects (inc. vinyl brake, echo out, build up, and more).
The new system also supports a variety of inputs, including an additional line-level auxiliary input on hand for connecting turntables, phones, and various digital devices. The ‘Performance’ mode of rekordbox comes included with the package.
Pioneer’s XDJ-RX3 will cost US$ 1999 and will ship out starting December 2021. Watch a walkthrough of the equipment below.
