The first release is expected to hit stores by the end of April.
Niki Sadeki, El Mundo, and Zazou have decided to create a new label called Quetame Records focused on the music for which they have been known in their respective careers, organic, melodic, and deep house.
Based in the Netherlands, El Mundo has performed as a DJ and live alongside Zazou around the world and released music on labels such as Do Not Sit On The Furniture, Kindisch, Souq Records and Earthly Delights. Meanwhile, Zazou is a Berlin-based artist, multi-instrumentalist, and regular contributor to El Mundo, but he has also released solo tracks on platforms such as Laut und Luise and Rebellion der Traumer.
Both, El Mundo and Zazou, will be in charge of kicking off proceedings with an EP entitled ‘Merchant Of Tales’. The last leg of the label is rising international Vancouver star, Niki Sadeki.
The releases on the label will be available on vinyl and digital with covers designed by Anna Schnorf / Obic.
