Minitel is a fantastic French communication device technology created in the 80′, kind of internet ancestor…. We miss 80’s and 90’s. Thanks to that, the founders of Sweet Music, Julien and Nino, decided with another electronic music passionate, Franck, to create in 2019 a 100% retro-futuristic brand specialized in indie dance, Italo disco, new wave, slow motion, and breakbeat.
They have worked with influential producers and labels including names such as Bordello a Parigi, Darlyn Vlys, Franz Scala, Damon Jee, Dino Lenny, Riotvan, Dischi Autunno, Correspondant, Roam Recordings, Fabrizio Mammarella, Tuff City Kids, Permanent Vacation, Club Tularosa, and more.
Minitel also released the ‘Free Call’ series, it’s as it seems to be, free downloadable tracks mostly edits of music from the 80’s & 90’s proposed by the artists or requested by them.
All their releases are chosen and pushed on socials by original graphic designs with a fun 80’s and 90’s touch that they love (fan art, videos), mostly on Instagram.
