South Beach’s Do Not Sit On The Furniture will be hosting the special event.
With a “few gigs” under their belts, progressive heavyweights Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren will be in charge of closing one of the most important art weeks in the world, Miami’s Art Basel.
The gathering, that will take place this December 9th at South Beach’s favorite music temple Do Not Sit On The Furniture, promises to be a musical journey filled with the music style both artists are known for.
Hernan Cattaneo had this to say: “It’s always a pleasure to play with Nick and every time we do it in Miami it’s always a great show. Art Basel is increasingly important and attracts a very interesting crowd so it will be great to make the closing for the third time in a row, and this time it will back-to-back.”
He also added: “I really enjoy playing in Do Not Sit. There is always a great atmosphere and it is the perfect size to feel intimate with the people and create a very special show.”
Art Basel is a privately owned art fair staged annually in Basel, Switzerland, Miami Beach, Florida, and Hong Kong, selling established as well as emerging artists. The art fair also offers various programs done in collaboration with each host city.
