Mike’s family has set up a GoFundMe page in order to raise money for final expenses.
The late Mike Huckaby passed away from complications of a stroke and COVID-19 on April 24th, Now, Adriel Thornton, longtime Detroit showrunner who worked with him back on the third edition of the Detroit Electronic Music Festival in 2002, launched the page on behalf of Mike‘s brother, Craig Huckaby, who has asked for support to assist with funeral expenses.
His private memorial is planned for this Friday, May 8th. A public memorial will possibly be held later this summer, as guidelines allow for it.
