Hameed, a Bahrain-born music enthusiast and the co-founder and resident DJ of both Soundscapes and Noctuary, has established himself as one of the Middle East’s most influential selectors. His sets and productions showcase a refined musical sensibility, while off-stage he remains committed to uplifting emerging talent and nurturing a vibrant, artist-driven community through these regional platforms.
Since its inception in 2018, Noctuary has gained international recognition, firmly securing its place on the global music map. Soundscapes, originally founded in 2015 as a homegrown regional event series, has since evolved into an international music and art festival based on the African island of Zanzibar. In 2025, it will celebrate its fifth edition and mark the 10-year anniversary of the Soundscapes brand.
