The label follows sunshine on its 100th release.
Boxon Records and its founder Julien Minet have just shared the drop of their new ‘Boxon Makes Me Sunny’ VA compilation. The fourteen-track compilation is already available to stream and purchase across all major digital platforms.
Following up on the success of its four previous compilations, ‘Boxon Makes Me Sunny’ now finds the label balancing newcomers with some of the imprint’s stalwarts, including works by Jamais2, Team Complex feat. Dj Soso & Thabo Gallano, Mebara Sao, De Gama, Lithium, Manashe Music, Uthando, Ulethu, Lois (fr) & Fruckie, Fab From Toulouse, Hallex M, Nnuspaper, Tim’so, Jykso, and Julien Minet himself.
“I wanted this time to release on the label an Afro House compilation, and I am happy to have found sufficient artists and tracks to make it. It has been 3 months of work, with the heart, and I am quite happy about the result. Hope we get some results with the media too,” says Julien Minet.
