The court order was issued on August 20.

Berlin, one of the top nightlife destinations, announced the release of restrictions on indoor music events following a court ruling that overturns restrictions on clubs and other venues. However, it is surprising because it only mentions people with a complete vaccination scheme or who recently recovered from COVID 19.

Last Friday, August 20th, it was announced that the restrictions imposed to act in relation to the pandemic were ‘fair and sensible but probably disproportionate’ for those who have been vaccinated or recovered, resuming the approval for indoor parties.

The most important clubs in Berlin will reopen to the vaccinated public, including Berghain, Golden Gate, Club der Visionäre, and Birgit & Bie, albeit with a series of strict sanitary regulations.
