Autechre have shared a 5.5-hour mix as a part of the celebrations of the re-release of their 1992 compilation record, ‘Artificial Intelligence’.
Coming in almost 30 years after its original release, Autechre have now compiled a new mix featuring almost 100 artists as they revisit the ‘90s in search of inspiration. Described as a “mix of some of the stuff that was floating around us at the time”, the new recording was uploaded to Autechre’s own Mixlr.
This past December 9th, Warp released a re-issue of Autechre’s ‘Artificial Intelligence’ VA compilation, which showcases music by The Dice Man (Aphex Twin), Autechre themselves, and more.
