To celebrate the release of alexander:louis shares 10 of his favorite tracks.

1. Almunia – New Moon

“This is one of my all-time favorite songs. It’s a great morning ‘let’s wake up’ kind of vibe to get your day going.”

2. David Arkenstone – Lost In Manhattan

“I recently came across this slightly older track and love the loungy groovy vibes”

3. Lazybatusu – Endless Road

“Also a brilliant lounge vibe that brings together some slightly dubby base but the melodies, grooves, and a slight horn really make this a ‘Sunday in the sun’ vibe.”

4. Tyler Childers – Feathered Indians

“I’ve recently been getting more into folk, and love the story that this song tells.”

5. Sasha ft Polica – Out of Time

“The king Sasha comes with this anthem of a track. Deep, sexy, and emotional is how I would describe it. This one will be timeless.”

6. Serge Devant – White Groove

“This is one of my low-key secret weapons that I feel is very undervalued. It’s a perfect connector song that will always move the crowd, but won’t overwhelm the set. I play this probably too frequently. “

7. James Dexter and Ansyrev – Tunnel Vision

“I really appreciate this track, though on the minimal side, it provides a nice groove and bounce that is a good connecting track and will start to build the energy.”

8. Bandit – Braco

“I’m a big fan of breakbeats, and this track does an excellent job of bringing in some soul, with the minimal break beat vibe, that add’s character to any set I play.”

9. Per Hammar – Novo Line

“Another song I probably play too frequently. I love this song since it’s the perfect connector – it’s groovy, bouncy, and driving, but also lays under the radar as a perfect way to bring multiple tracks together in a flow.”

10. Janeret – Echoes

“This atmospheric dubby minimal track kinda defines Janeret to me, but the track itself is beautifully produced, has a nice bouncy and driving bass, and the chords  mellow it out to make a well-rounded production.”
