Nick Warren’s The Soundgarden brand and label has announced a highly anticipated stop on their schedule, as they link up with Ibiza’s most exciting family, Storytellers. The newly unveiled event will see Warren himself, Hernan Cattaneo, Deer Jade, and DONAES take control of the decks this August 11th, at Cova Santa, Ibiza.
This new presentation by The Soundgarden will see Warren and Cattaneo play together in over a year. In anticipation of their set, we got to talk with both artists. This is what they had to say:
‘Super happy and excited to be playing with Nick after so long- everybody knows how much we enjoy our b2b’s, and the last one was in California like 18 months ago. Of course, there will be a lot of new stuff from the label and from great producers from all over the world, and I can’t wait to hear Nick’s bombs too! Cova Santa is the talk of the summer in Ibiza so very pleased to be a part of The Soundgarden show at such a cool place!’, says Hernan.
For his part, Nick shared a similar sentiment: ‘It will be a joy to play together again! Part of the fun is always hearing new music from each other, so I really can’t wait. We have a beautiful lineup including Deer Jade and DONAES, so it will be an eclectic evening in true The Soundgarden style. I’ve got tons of new music I have signed to The Soundgarden and some of my new solo production material too. I have a few secret weapons up my sleeve, which I believe even Hernan has not heard yet. Cova Santa is such a cool venue, my favorite on the island, and really suits The Soundgarden. The Storytellers always produce incredible events, so it will be epic!’
