The new tracks are inspired by the essence of Ibiza.
DJ and producer Matador makes his first release on the Hot Creations label. The EP, called ‘Wildside’, features two contrasting tracks that remain true to the spirit of the brand that reminds us of the White Isle.
‘I have been playing with the Hot Creations / Paradise team for a few years, so it was time to submit my own material. I wrote this EP last summer in Ibiza. It started in a hotel room and ended the following week, at home, in the studio, and sums up my vision of the afternoon shows and the sweaty night action on the island’, says Matador.
Among the sounds, we find energetic percussion, fuzzy bass lines, sparkling synths, classic deep house sounds and soulful vocals.
