In a collaboration bridging Brazilian and European electronic music scenes, DJ and producer Malive has teamed up with German duo Super Flu to release their latest collaborative single, ‘Loira.’ The cut is now available on the German label Monaberry.
‘Loira’ showcases the artists’ ability to blend diverse musical influences, featuring Super Flu’s signature melodic minimalism with Malive’s distinctive Brazilian-inspired touch, resulting in a compelling groove that’s both sophisticated and accessible. A meticulously crafted rhythmic bassline propels the track, while subtle layers create an immersive soundscape that bridges cultures.
Speaking about the creative process, Malive shares: “I still can’t believe this collab with Super Flu. Combining my electronic essence, shaped by Brazil’s vibrant rhythms, with their melodic sensibility has been an incredible experience. We’ve created something that goes beyond the sum of its parts.”
This release adds to Malive’s growing success. The Brazilian artist has gained recognition for notable projects, including a reinterpretation of Di Melo’s ‘A Vida Em Seus Métodos Diz Calma’ for Universal Music. Malive’s talent has also earned him releases on top labels like Diynamic, Madorasindahouse, Get Physical Music, and MoBlack Records.
