The library’s historical significance is profound, featuring recordings from the 1920s onwards. It offers a diverse range of sounds, from studio creations to global field recordings.
Users can easily search the collection by location, duration, and category. The extensive categorization includes options such as Nature, Machines, Animals, Atmosphere, Electronics, and Fire, among others.
These sound effects are released under a RemArc License, allowing free use for research, educational, and personal projects. While commercial use is restricted, individual sounds can be purchased for such purposes.
