The Blessed Madonna collaborated with Daniel Wilson and KON on their latest single entitled ‘Count On My Love,’ featuring Yuki Kanesaka. Released through Major Recordings/Warner Records, this track follows her previous cut, ‘Happier’ featuring Clementine Douglas.
‘Count On My Love’ is a vibrant pop track with a touch of club influence. It showcases the creative collaboration between The Blessed Madonna, U.S. singer-songwriter Daniel Wilson, known for his work with artists like The Weeknd, Joji, and GRYFFIN, and renowned Boston DJ KON, recognized for his remixing skills and his involvement in the iconic KON & AMIR On Track compilation series.
DJ, producer, and Berklee College of Music professor Yuki Kanesaka adds a unique touch to the track with his piano skills. Kanesaka, also known as a “groove researcher,” has remixed music for a wide range of artists, including Bootsy Collins and Chaka Khan.
‘Count On My Love’ pays tribute to The Blessed Madonna’s Chicago roots and the city’s club culture, celebrating the sounds that have influenced contemporary U.S. dance music.
