DJ and producer Massano recently presented his new EP, ‘Telepathic’ on Adam Beyer’s Drumcode label.
The ‘Telepathic’ EP fortifies Massano’s techno status. The title track is a psychedelic journey, with a vocal enhancing the melody. ‘Destructure’ crescendos through entwining melodies. The final track, ‘The Method’, oscillates between lively notes and dynamic rhythms.
Massano’s sound, characterized by strong melodic riffs, emerged through notable releases on Afterlife and his Simulate label. His career pivoted with ‘Betrayal’, featured in Drumcode’s A-Sides Vol.12.
Massano recognizes the significant role the imprint has played in his musical journey. The label, responsible for many of his popular tracks, has been a crucial part of his career. He states, “Drumcode has had a huge influence on the type of music I make and was undoubtedly one of the reasons I started making music in the first place. So, needless to say, it is an honor to release this EP with them and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to express another side of my music to an audience and platform as prestigious as Drumcode.”
