Tom Jarmey presents ‘Swing Through Spaces’ album

Out now via Oath.

London-based DJ and producer Tom Jarmey, just released his new 8-track LP entitled ‘Swing Through Spaces,’ which is out now via the Oath label.

‘Swing Through Spaces’ was built upon the artist’s fluid explorations of genres and musical in-betweens as a new representation of his “ever-evolving” musical narrative.

The album starts with ‘Portal’ displaying a swinging rhythmic outlay with cascading key sequences that merge and blend. ‘Stay Hidden’  has an inherent focus on looping segments and short but sweet vocal samples. ‘Deep Speed’ provides the record’s downtime moment. ‘Negative’ featuring  Kitty Noble,  is a reference point to the 90s era of D’n’B with Noble’s vocals. ‘Fuse’ brings delicate melodic sequences merging with some joyous rhythmic flourishes. And ‘Dusk’ provides the last downtempo feeling on the record with a pure, breezy meander.

A few remixes are also included, one by  Son of Philips and the other by Synkro, on ‘Deep Speed’ and ‘Negative’ respectively.

Tom Jarmey’s musical journey has seen him experimenting sonically within the realms of house, ambient, D’n’B, jungle, breakbeat, electro, techno, and so on.

‘Swing Through Spaces’ is now available via Oath. Stream and download here
