James Priestley and Giles Smith, Secretsundaze founders, continue to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the brand with the drop of their first documentary. The film was produced by Heard, and made in partnership with audio equipment specialists Audio-Technica.
Recorded over the course of Secretsundaze’s 20th-anniversary celebrations across 2022, the new documentary offers unique insight into their storied history while also going behind the scenes for the debut of their latest evolution – Spirit of Sundaze Ensemble. The movie also features rehearsal footage at Total Refreshment Centre studios for the much talked about live performance that followed at Queen Elizabeth Hall, and an insight into the recording of their debut album at Fish Factory Studios.
