A-Tweed x Oltrefuturo is an Italian electronic music duo focusing on experimental and wild dancefloor tunes. Working both with analog/modular synths and digital FM machines, they also are two deep diggers of odd stuff to sample and mix in their tracks. Their music has a dark and tribal acid/weird attitude with no bpm limits, ranging from slow rhythms to UK-style breaks. A-Tweed x Oltrefuturo released their first EP ‘Morphism’ in December 2022 via Mexican imprint ‘Fauna Rêve’ and has collected also appearances on Hard Fist, Whypeopledance, Electric Shape, Sinchi Collective, and Gouranga with some original tracks and edits. A-Tweed X Oltrefuturo likes to define themselves as an odd rhythm company, a weird/ experimental human-based duo messing around with hardware synths and schizophrenic rare samples. A-Tweed is the moniker of Ant De Oto, an Italian DJ/producer based in Rome. He already released music on the French label Hard Fist and on the Argentine Playground Records, with remixes by Dengue Dengue Dengue, Carrot Green, Lucas Croon, CAIN, and Fabrizio Mammarella, among others.
New music out this year via Feines Tier (Germany), SABI (Japan), Electric Shapes (Lithuania), Duro (Mexico), Inside Out (UK), and many more. A-Tweed is a resident with his “Coal & Ash Circuit” show on Radio Alhara (Bethlehem, Palestine). Oltrefuturo is Valerio Ebert, a DJ/producer and sound engineer from central Italy. He released music on Italo Moderni and Slow Motion Records as ‘Primo’ alongside Andrea Tempo, has an upcoming solo EP as well on Nein Records, and has released some music on the Japanese I Low You Records, he even share the stage and the studio with Treasure Island which together forms Eurospeed a project released on Fu.Me. Records. Valerio also runs a studio (Le Pianole Studio) offering mixing and mastering services.
